Classically trained at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, he earned a National
Certificate in professional cookery and a class one journeyman certificate.
Following this experience, he held chef position with a 5-star restaurant at Victoria Falls Safari Club
for 1 year.
He managed to join one of the leading Cruise lines with free style dining, Norwegian Escape of the
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
Whether preparing a small intimate dinner or a 7-course affair, he takes pride in
delighting clients with delicious meals prepared to the highest standards. His mission is to exceed
